Lubuagan municipality is rich with natural resources like its vast agricultural lands, abundant water, tourist spots, other resources for livelihood, rich culture and others, These natural resources when  properly harnessed will bring great opportunities for development of the municipality. The municipality is strategically situated, as it lies in the center of the different municipalities in Kalinga. No wonder it was then the center of commerce, education and Christianity in the north, and with the people's unity, respect and hospitality, Lubuagan was honored by other people. But then as years passed, jealousy and greediness occurred in people's minds that caused the deterioration of peace and order of the municipality. There is a possibility that the glory of Lubuagan will be regained when people will humble down to God and pray for the Scripture says " If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, I will hear from heaven and heal their land".
